Sweet Marjoram has a warming and comforting effect on the mind and body. It can be helpful for soothing stress, tension, muscular pain and cramps.
Exquisitely fragrant Rose Otto is known as the queen of oils. It is a comforting, nurturing oil that has a gentle but potent antidepressant effect. It can help to soothe grief and anxiety and is also a renowned aphrodisiac.
How to use our Time to Bloom essential oil:
Use 2-3 drops of this essential oil in an aromatherapy diffuser or candle burner during the day. Or pop 2 drops onto an aromatherapy necklace or bracelet. You can also dilute 1 drop of essential oil per 5ml of our Bump & Bits Massage oil, carrier oil, moisturising cream, moisturising lotion or aloe vera gel for direct application to the skin. Or mix with our Bath Oil or Bath & Shower Gel for a relaxing soak.
