FAQS

I’ve Got Answers

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY INITIAL CONSULTATION?

First of all, relax, as that's the main focus of Babyopathy! All I need to know is your estimated due date and we'll chat through the rest! Your first consultation is to see where you are on your pregnancy journey, for me to find out as much about you, your pregnancy and the pregnancy & birth experience you would like to have and discuss a plan to help you achieve that.

DO YOU OFFER REMOTE CONSULTATIONS?

Yes absolutely, in fact a lot of my consultations are online as I work with Mamas across the country and many of the celebrities I work with live a great distance from my consultation rooms or have busy schedules. Although it might mean I cannot work directly with your energy it does not stop me connecting and helping you to achieve the pregnancy & birth experience you want.

HOW CAN I START WORKING WITH YOU?

First and foremost, join the Babyopathy Mentor Mum Club, it's FREE to join! Although we have just launched it, it is the quickest and easiest way to be part of my community.

You can of course upgrade to one of the paid memberships as they are launched for a more interactive or personal Babyopathy experience or book a consultation for a 1:1 Babyopathy journey.

I'VE HEARD OF HYPNO-BIRTHING, IS BABYOPATHY THE SAME?

No is the simple answer.

There is a similarity in that hypnoses-birthing aims for a less painful birth and includes a hypnoses based relaxation, but that's all.

Babyopathy encompasses the entire wellbeing of you and your baby through your entire pregnancy & birth journey, as this is where your baby's health, development and even future education begins.

SHOULD I DO JUST HYPO-BIRTHING OR JUST BABYOPATHY?

Do both!!

If hypnotherapy is your thing I thoroughly recommend it as it compliments Babyopathy and vice versa - especially my essential oil blends!

However, for me, protecting the wellbeing of your whole pregnancy experience, your baby's wellbeing in the womb and beyond and you as a mum, is just as important as your birth experience.

IS BABYOPATHY JUST A 'BIRTH' PROGRAMME?

Absolutely not, although if you are finding Babyopathy with only weeks to go, I can still help you enjoy a better birth!

Whilst your birth experience is important and can impact on your post-natal mental health wellbeing, your 'birth' experience begins much earlier on - in the first trimester, through your day to day experiences, environment and wellbeing, and continues throughout your pregnancy.
